Why we partner

As part of our grassroots effort and in alignment with our mission, the U.S. Korfball Federation (USKF) develops korfball programs in cooperation with select partner organizations. Together, we pilot new formats, share knowledge, and make the sport more accessible across the United States.

Current focus

During this pilot phase, we prioritize partnerships with adaptive and para sport organizations and groups led by and serving the adaptive sports community. As our capacity and financial support grow, we plan to expand our equipment loan and education program to the broader community.

The Equipment Loan and Korfball Education Program (pilot)

What USKF provides

  • Korfball equipment on loan for an agreed-upon period
  • Coaching and teaching resources (lesson plans, drills, safety guidance)
  • Introductory training or consultation sessions
  • Periodic check-ins and technical assistance

What partners agree to

  • Use and share USKF educational materials with staff, volunteers, and participants
  • Participate in periodic check-ins
  • Submit a brief year-end programming summary/report (participation numbers, learnings, challenges, next steps)
  • Credit USKF as a program partner in public-facing materials

Program status
This program is new and still in development. We’ll iterate based on partner feedback and shared learning.
